Before we finish we look at why the damage started, often a downspout discharging under the house or a drip from a shower drain. That gets fixed as part of the scope, and new insulation goes back in where it makes sense. If you would like the space fully closed in, encapsulation is offered separately. Everything is photographed and written up, which helps when the Jekyll Island Authority asks what was done.
